1、 Surface treatment process of titanium machined parts
1. Anodizing: By electrolysis, a dense oxide film is generated to improve hardness and corrosion resistance. After treatment with medical grade titanium alloy, the hardness is increased by three times.
2. Coating spraying: Plasma sprayed alumina/zirconia ceramic layer, with a temperature resistance of up to 1200 ℃ and a salt spray test corrosion resistance time of over 2000 hours.
3. Chemical milling: Corrosion by hydrofluoric acid nitric acid solution, acid washing time needs to be controlled to avoid over corrosion.
2、 Maintenance methods after surface treatment
Corrosion prevention: Regularly wipe with neutral cleaner and apply silane protective layer in humid environment.
Anti wear: Shot peening strengthens the surface and replenishes perfluoropolyether grease every 500 hours.
Environmental control: Storage temperature 25 ± 5 ℃, humidity 40% -60%, avoid contact with hydrogen containing media.
Special Scenario:
Ocean engineering: Freshwater flushing for salt content every month, and inspection of sacrificial anodes every six months.
Medical implants: Regularly check the integrity of the oxide film after surgery and conduct clinical evaluations every 5 years.
